- Shoulders - Carrying too much responsibility
- Stomach - Anxiety and fear
- Lower back - Feeling unsupported
The Tension Mapping Exercise
- Lie down comfortably
- Close your eyes
- Mentally scan from head to toe
- Note where you feel tightness
- Draw a simple body outline and mark your spots
